 It all started with a phone call from Susan. We had our home FSBO for about 4 months and received "0" calls from prospective Buyers during this time. Within "1" week on the market with Pinwheel Real Estate we had a Buyer...SERIOUSLY! Sounds too good to be true I know, but without Susan and her "Personal Touch", this would not have been possible.
